STEP 1:- Goto Start and open "cmd"

STEP 2:- Type in command "net stop WuAuServ" (disable windows update)

STEP 3:- Now open Run using ( Win+R ) and type in "%windir%"

STEP 4:- Find for the folder "SoftwareDistribution" and rename it as "SDis"

STEP 5:- Now again go back to command prompt and run the command line "net start WuAuServ"

STEP 6:- Now try to install. NET Framework again.
