STEP 1 →  First activate 3G services on your airtel SIM by sending SMS "3G to 121"

Note :  Activate small 3G pack  for Example : Pack Rs. 9 for 25 MB, Dial *121*11#

STEP 2 → Go to,Settings > Access point > New 

Connection name: Redicals

access point name: airtelgprs.com

Proxy: 4everproxy.com

Port: 80

Connection type: Ipv4 

STEP 3 → Save Settings & Activate as default access point.

STEP 4 → Open your Browser, open Page http://203.115.112.5 or any working free IP Address 

STEP 5 → Once Proxy page opens, Enter your Url in given box, press enter.
